I had a wonderful experience staying at Residenza Centopietre - Dorsoduro. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of modern and classic elements. It was impeccably clean, and the furniture and art in the hallway added a stylish touch. The self-service setup was great, with easy key collection from a lock box. The staff were incredibly helpful, always available over email and what's app with quick responses. I loved the shutter windows with mosquito nets, allowing for fresh air without any pests. The dining room was stunning, and we even enjoyed a takeaway pizza there one evening. The bathroom had great storage with drawers and compartments for cosmetics. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Venice.

Warm in winter and air conditioning for summer. Quiet area near waterbus stop. Beautiful and stylish apartment with nice furniture and art on the walls. The rooms at Residenza Centopietre - Dorsoduro are just perfect for a comfortable stay! They have a wardrobe to keep all your belongings organized, a TV to relax and watch your favorite shows, and a private bathroom with all the amenities you need. The bed linens and towels are also provided, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room, with the tile/marble floor giving it an elegant touch. Having a private entrance to the room made it feel more like my own little sanctuary. And let's not forget the electric kettle, perfect for making a cup of tea or coffee whenever you want!
One thing that I didn't personally like was the presence of a safety deposit box in the room. It felt a bit bulky and took up some of the space.

It was located in a quiet area with a fantastic bakery nearby. a great base for a good price.
